We currently have an open position for a Java developer, and always looking for good people: ## Requirements: - Representative Hands-On Java Experience - US Citizen with English as a First Language - Required to Work in our Carlsbad Office We are looking for ambitious individuals with a solid foundation. You will be working hands-on with many of the technologies discussed on this site.. ## Responsibilities Working at our corporate headquarters in Carlsbad with very experienced developers on the continuous evolution of our supply chain / e-commerce platform which consists of several hundred thousand lines of Java source and is deployed on a small cluster of Linux servers. ## Required Skills / Education - Java Server Side Development Experience - Some Linux/Networking Experience is a Big Plus - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent - Excellent Communication Skills - US Citizenship ## Mixed Technology Environment - Technologies used are driven by requirements with very little legacy code. - Experience with the following is a plus: - MS SQL Server, MySQL, Cassandra, ElasticSearch, Other NoSQL Databases - JQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS, ChartJS - Java, J2EE, Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins ## Work Environment - Casual but driven work environment. - Continuous, incremental, evolutionary development. - High-end workstations with either dual screens or 4 K displays.
